Stilwell (USAF, ret.), former Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs, and Mr. Jeremiah “J.J.” Gertler, Senior Associate (Non-Resident) in the Aerospace Security Project and former Specialist in Military Aviation at the Congressional Research Service.
