Schar School of Policy and Government, George Mason University | IN-Person

Description: How should US Iran-Policy be reframed in light of recent political events there, namely the uprisings and revolutionary movement, and vis-a-vis Russo-Iranian collaboration in Ukraine and Iran. This forum seeks to inform the general public, academics and policy-makers about the current state of events in Iran and their implications for regional and international political and security spheres. With that in mind, how should the Biden administration and Congress adjust Iran-focused policies, including its sanctions regime and nuclear talks, and what should the US ask of its allies and international partners?
