With “Diplomatic Tradecraft\,” the first practical diplomacy textbook\, Nicholas Kralev and colleagues at the Washington International Diplomatic Academy have taken a step toward creating a body of interrelated operational concepts describing how to influence the behavior of other states and people by mostly nonviolent means.
